Network loading operation is in progress

After starting FC and later I try to stop it with Alt-F4
the following message is always shown:

Network loading operation is in progress.

---------------------------
The are no network tabs open nor any other network activity.
Also, I did not hit any key after the start.

The message will not appear if the option "Load network in background process on program start" is not active.

Yes, that solved it.
But I never changed this setting nor had I any network connection by default.
So it happens only with the latest FC version.
