Add option to force all progress dialogs to stay "On To

I would like to see an option added to Free Commander that would force all progress dialogs (like when you copy or move huge groups of files, etc.) to stay "On Top" of the main Free Commander window.

Just an option with a checkbox to toggle would be great. That way, the programs default behavior does not change, but if some dweeb (like me) wants to activate the option, they can.
