in XE only the main splitter with default size 8 pixel is selectable.
many times I miss it, of course I could its size but then it becomes too big.

splitter selection as in FC2009
in FC2009 one can click anywhere on the splitter and then drag it to the needed size.
in XE only the main splitter with default size 8 pixel is selectable.
