can't save settings

I can't seem to be able to save my settings, I keep getting this message

Cannot create file "C:\Program Files (x86)\FreeCommander.ini". Access is denied

in both versions, 2009.02b and FreeCommander XE, the preview

Try to manually create a file in FC's folder to see if you can.
You need administrator rights to be able to write in Program Files.
But if you use the portable version (you seem to want to save settings in FC's folder), move entire FC's folder outside Program Files directory.
