Windows colors for NC mode

I like these colors for focused items, there is a similar border for focused item if "Use Windows colors" option is enabled and NC mode enabled, so it might be technically possible.

(Edit: in NC mode, if the Win colors are enabled, text color for focused item ignores the custom colors, white color is used instead, always.)

- if the main FC window is active, use blue for active panel, grey for inactive panel
- if the main FC window is inactive, use grey for active and inactive panel

This way it would be also clearer if the FC is active or inactive, and it would also look much better then current NC colors only. Perhaps the similar effect could be used also for selected items. Everything is on the screenshots:

Selection might be a problem with all the new selection modes, but if possible, different - custom color could be used, red for example.
