Feature request: Captions on splitter toolbar buttons

Hi,

I would like to request that captions for the splitter toolbar buttons be added as an option. It would be helpful if I could see at a glance the names/functions of all the buttons, instead of having to hover the mouse pointer over each one to see a tooltip. For that matter, I wouldn't mind seeing captions on ALL the toolbars (including address bar and file container), if adding the option wouldn't break the program altogether. I don't mind if this ends up making the splitter quite a bit wider, I'm willing to give up a few pixels of screen space if it makes the program easier to understand. (Also, I know several people who won't use FC because it is missing this button labeling. You might get a few more users if it were added!)

Also: In FCXE 663 (at least in the x64 version), enabling the captions for the Standard toolbar buttons, does not automatically increase the HEIGHT of the standard toolbar. So the captions, button graphics, or both, get cut off at the top and bottom. I can clear this up by increasing the size of the toolbar buttons (from 32 up to, say, 40), but it really could be done more automatically.
