Spacing of Name in Tab when Close Button is enabled

This is a problem in both 32 and 64 bit versions of FCXE 676.

When you enable the "Start button on active tab" feature, extra space (width of the close button) is added to the beginning all the other tabs, too.
You can see the names are all indented and take up more space than they did when the option was not enabled.

I expected that the only tab that would change size is the one that is active.
