BUG 801 - Opening a network drive via favourites or drive toolbar does not work.

For this to happen it needs to be when the pc has first booted.
And it needs to have a mapped network drive.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Restart or turn on PC.
2. Open FC.
3. Click the favourites or the toolbar icon for a mapped network drive (does not work)
4. Going the My PC route works.
